How AIP Credits work
Every seat adds to one shared company credit pool. Standard tasks use a few credits; deep research, voice, and premium reasoning use more. Hard caps and alerts are built in — past your cap, AI pauses instead of billing, unless you opt in.
Common questions
How does the 14-day trial work?
You enter a card at signup but aren't charged until day 14 — cancel anytime before then and you pay nothing. Trial workspaces are full-featured but capped: two users and a starter credit pool, with AI pausing at the cap. Trials apply to Core and Growth.
What counts as a seat?
An active teammate with a login. Add or remove seats anytime from the billing portal; each plan has a seat minimum (5 / 10 / 25).
What happens if we run out of credits?
AI features pause at your cap — nothing keeps billing in the background. If you'd rather not pause, opt in to extra credits at $12 per 1,000 ($11 on Scale annual).
Can we change plans or cancel?
Yes — upgrades, downgrades, seat changes, and cancellation are self-serve through the billing portal, prorated automatically.
Where does our data live?
Each company's workspace is isolated, encrypted in transit and at rest, and your data is never used to train foundation models. Details on the Security & trust page.
