Terms of service

Summary while the full terms are finalized for the new domain:

• The platform is billed at a flat monthly rate based on company size, month-to-month, cancellable with 30 days' notice.
• AI usage is billed separately at published metered rates and governed by your workspace's monthly spend cap. Past the cap, AI pauses (overage is opt-in only).
• Custom development is quoted separately per engagement, with a written scope and fixed price agreed before work begins.
• Your company owns its data. Use of the service must be lawful.
