How we work

An implementation partner, not another vendor.

The technology is the easy half. Getting AI actually adopted inside a business, with structure, ownership, and trust, is the work. That's why we don't hand you a login and a help center. We install it with you, and we stay in it with you: a standing working hour, every week, included in your plan.

The working session

It starts with your business, not our product.

Thirty to forty-five minutes. We ask what you pay for every month: vendors, agencies, admin time, and how you're using AI today. Then we look at where a system beats the patchwork. If there's a fit, you'll know exactly what it costs and what happens next. If there isn't, you'll leave with a clearer map than you came with.

The install

Your first three weeks, step by step.

Agreement & setup

A plain-English agreement, month-to-month. We provision your workspace with spend caps on from day one.

We seed your company's brain

Before you log in, we load what we can learn about your business from public information, so the first conversation you have isn't with a stranger.

Apps & agents matched to your priorities

We wire up the surfaces that matter to you first and build one or two starter agents around the problems you actually named.

You log in

To a portal that already knows your company. You explore, you break things, you tell us what's confusing. That's the point.

The three-week meeting

Visible progress on the record, plus a written, fixed-price scope for anything custom you want built. Nothing starts without your sign-off.

Then, every week

Your standing working hour: review what ran, tune what's next, build what you asked for. The system compounds month over month, and your itemized statement shows exactly what it all costs. Progress you can see, or you cancel. That's the deal.

Rollout, honestly

Software works out of the box. AI doesn't. Yet.

Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you a demo. AI features fail sometimes, and a team that watches one break once out of ten times decides "AI doesn't work." So we roll out the way trust is actually built:

"We built this inside our own companies because we needed it. We ran our operations on it before offering it to anyone, and we still do, every day."
